We are glad to announce that BodyFit Physiotherapy will be taking part in Asics Give It A Go Day which will take place at Barry Curtis Park, Manukau (situated along Chapel Rd just south of Botany) on Saturday, the 12th of March. This is a Sports & Recreation Expo and will include an optional 2, 5 and 10km walk and run. Everyone is welcome. The event will involve activities for kids too. It is a good opportunity to see what BodyFit Physiotherapy can offer you and get a free physio advice especially if you have any niggles or injuries. Some special offers will also be given out so this is a great chance to take advantage of that plus have a beautiful day out.
